"My brother and I were looking for a realtor to help us sell our mother's house which she owned since 1958. It was the house I grew up in so it was very important, sentimental, and emotional that we find someone that would represent us and the house professionally with care. If I could give Judy and Jennifer and Carren 10 stars I would. Both my brother nor I reside in San Francisco and we were able to trust them completely to supervise and follow up on all the work that was required to prepare the house for sale. They kept in constant contact with us providing updates, answering our questions and advising us in our best interest throughout the sales process. Where we had concerns, Judy addressed them quickly and provided solutions to them all. They discussed marketing strategies with us and gave us a rationale for their thinking which was extremely important since interest rates were rising with substantial layoffs in the city. The vendors they hired for improvements and staging were fair in their pricing and when they finished I wanted to buy the house. It was like night and day. Since no one was living at the property, Judy constantly checked on the house to make sure everything was good. When I thought the backyard needed a little more staging, Judy took it upon herself to purchase additional flowers.
