A high average home sale and a low DOM (days on market) points to a robust market for Bernal Heights.

Two notable Q1 home sales were 41 Park St and 252 Elsie Street. Both homes closed 30% over asking.

Ten Bernal heights homes closed over $2M this quarter. The highest earner was 148 Bonview. Closing 66 days after going on the market for it’s asking price of $2,495,000.
