Bernal Heights September Housing Market Update

Last month (September 1 - September 30, 2024) 8 Bernal homes closed with a median sale price of $1,655,000. Price per square foot averaged $1,101.5 per square foot and homes spent an average of 13 days on the market. Month over month we are seeing homes sell faster and for a greater percentage over the list price.
