Live, Laugh, Love: Jack London Square
Oakland California has many different neighborhoods, looks, and feels. One of our favorites is the newly renovated Jack London Square sitting squarely on Oakland’s southern shore boasting beautiful views of the San Francisco Bay.

Jack London Square has been around since the mid-1800s named after the fierce naturalist and author of Call of the Wild. The square has since received a facelift and is now a vibrant, modern, upscale waterfront hub. Residents enjoy 20-minute ferry rides into San Francisco as well as a plethora of dining options.

Did we mention the entire waterfront area is dog-friendly?! If you haven’t already, it is well worth checking out.

This is a rare find in Jack London Square – a gorgeous condo with a private 500+ sq ft patio. The stunning, move-in-ready 1+ bed 1 bath home was tastefully designed from the ground up. It has modern polished concrete ceilings, fresh paint, and new light fixtures. The exposed concrete and oversized windows give this open and unique condo a loft-like feel. The bedroom is newly carpeted and has a large closet space with custom organizers. The living/entertaining area easily expands outwards to the spacious patio that centers around a water and light feature.

The roof terrace with barbecue is a great place to read, sun, cook, or commune with neighbors and guests. The complex was newly built in 2006 and consists of 91 units. Monthly HOA fees are $542.84.
The building is close to so much:
